The experience ticket type is a public time slot that allows other groups to book the same time slot but has a minimum of 2 guests and a max of 6. The 4-hour investigation is a flat rate for up to 8 guests. The 8-hour investigation is a flat rate for up to 12 guests, but both are private and not mixed with other groups.

We suggest age 12+ to participate and anyone under 18 must be with an adult at all times for the experience ticket type. All guests must be 18+ for the 4 or 8-hour investigation.

Equipment will be provided for the 1.5-hour Experience ticket type and operated by Kersey Valley staff.
For teams doing the 4 and 8-hour Investigations, we have limited equipment for rent. Call to discuss the options.

Dress comfortably and weather-appropriate, closed-toe shoes required. We recommend bringing digital recorders and a flashlight. Any additional paranormal equipment you have is welcomed. You will be on the property for 1.5 hours during this experience.
